Returns:

• We stand behind our products quality 100% and will take back any items you are not happy with “No Question Ask Policy”, as long your RMA request was done in less then 30 days from the shipping date.
• All returns requests (RMA) for items purchased on our web site must be submitted here by logging in and entering your account.
  You will be able to select any items you had purchased in the last 30 days and request RMA for it.
• All items you request to return must be in original package. Item can be opened but can not be abused (we do not accept half empty bottles)
• We will exchange the item to a new one at no charge, or refund the item price if you request a refund.
• Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE unless you request an exchange for defective item.
• You required of paying for the shipping charges of any products sent back to us for any reasons.
