I bought three of these at a mall last year and what a find. I'm a guy and gave 3 away as gifts and kept one for myself. I use it all the time and I'm always lending it out to my girlfriend and her daughter. The best gift!

Prior to applying the "Obey Your Body"'"Nail Care System, remove any nail polish and wash and dry your hands.
Follow these directions:
1.Using the diamond shaper file, shape your nails by filling from each corner to the center. This should be done in one direction, not back and forth.
2.Using the EZ buffer, start with the white strip (step 1) and buff across the nail in one direction for 10 seconds. This treatment removes ridges and residue. Use once every few weeks.
3.Using the white strip on EZ buffer (step 2), buff each nail for 10-15 seconds. This treatment stimulates growth and removes all remaining scratches.
4.Using the grey strip on the EZ buffer (step 3), buff each nail for 15-20 seconds or until you achieve a glossy shine. Use this strip often, as it will stimulate growth and make your dull nails sparkle again.
5.Apply one drop of the cuticle oil treatment to each cuticle around the nail and rub it thoroughly. Be sure to push back the cuticle to allow oil to penetrate and cuticle to breath. Daily use will prevent cracking and dying cuticles.
6.Lastly, apply the "Obey Your Body" lotion to add moisture to your hands. You may do it as often as you wish and at least once a day.
